In 2018, the CJE Avignon-Bonaventure launched the international public speaking workshop series “SLAM, Language for All!” Through writing and performance workshops, young people learned to express their ideas, emotions, and life experiences with power and authenticity.

For a week, more than 20 slam poets from Quebec and France came together to hone their craft. The project led to the creation of an illustrated anthology, a true tribute to the richness of the language and the voices of young people.
